How to subscribe calendar on your phone

iPhone:

1. Locate the Palm Beach Chapter Calendar Page:  Go to your browser and type in: palmbeachhog.com/calendar  

2. Look for "Subscribe" Link:  Once on the calendar page, scan for a button or link labeled "Subscribe".

3. Confirm Subscription:  By clicking the "Subscribe" link  a message on your iPhone  will appear asking if you want to add subscription calendar. In the "subscription url" change the domain name to "palmbeachhog".  IT MUST BE EXACT!

4.Verification: After confirming, the Palm Beach Chapter calendar should be added to your iPhone's list of calendars. You can usually access this list through your iPhone's built-in Calendar app.

Android (or iphone ifusing Google Calendar):

1. Access Google Account on a Computer or  iphone: Since directly subscribing through the link on Android isn't straightforward, we'll use a computer to add the calendar to your Google account. Open a web browser on your PC or Mac and sign in to your Google account.

2. Locate Google Apps Icon: In the top right corner of your browser window, find a square grid of tiny dots. This is the Google Apps icon. Click on it.

3. Open Calendar: A menu with various Google apps will appear. Select "Calendar" from this menu.

4. Find "Other Calendars": On the left side of your Google Calendar screen, locate a section titled "Other calendars". You'll see a plus sign "+" next to it. Click on that plus sign.

5. Choose "From URL": A small menu will pop up after clicking the plus sign. From this menu, choose the option labeled "From URL".

6.Copy and Paste URL: Here's the important part. Copy this exact URL: webcal://www.palmbeachhog.com/calendar/feed [invalid URL removed] [invalid URL removed]. Then, switch back to your Google Calendar window and paste the copied URL into the box labeled "From URL" or "Add calendar by URL" (depending on your Google Calendar version).

7Add the Calendar: Once the URL is pasted, click on the button labeled "Add Calendar" to finalize the subscription.

Success! By following these steps, you should have successfully subscribed to the Palm Beach Chapter Event Calendar on your iPhone or through your Google Calendar on Android.
